NJCU is the closest and best connected school in the NSE network to Manhattan. Despite being only three subway stops from New York, the intimacy of our campus and prestigious faculty provide students with a safe and engaging learning environment. We have a 14 to 1 student to faculty ratio with an average classroom size of 19 students. Our Music Business program is ranked 10th in the US by Billboard Magazine. The National Security Studies Program is ranked 12th by the NSA. Our new School of Business is located on the Hudson River waterfront at the Exchange Place subway stop giving our students unprecedented access to the NYC job market.

The NJCU curriculum emphasizes the application of theory through laboratory experiments, performances, exhibitions, internships, and more. 89% of our faculty have terminal degrees in their fields.

Campus Location - If you want a New York Experience, NJCU is the school for you. We will even help you get an internship. Click on the “video 1” tab in the right hand corner of the picture above to hear what the students from our fall 2014 class had to say about their NSE exchanges to NJCU.

Helpful Information - NSE Students are required to live on campus.

The new school of Business is located in Exchange Place, by the Exchange Place, Path station, at the waterfront in downtown Jersey City. Business students are just one train stop from downtown Manhattan.
