Exploring Exchange Participation
Many of your general questions can be answered by the information and resources on this site. While this is a national network for exchange, it is administered through your home campus NSE Coordinator. Begin by reading Next Steps and exchange Policies and Procedures.- You must be enrolled full-time at one of NSE's member universities in order to apply for exchange.
- Exchanges are only available at other member institutions.
- You must meet all NSE eligibility requirements as well as additional requirements that may be imposed by your home and host campus(es).
- You will apply for participation at your home campus. Eligibility will be determined by your home campus NSE coordinator.
- You will pay your normal tuition and fees to your home campus (NSE Plan B) or you will pay the in-state/in-province tuition and fees (NSE Plan A) to your host campus.
- You will work directly with your home NSE coordinator through the application, placement and pre-departure processes. Your home NSE coordinator will give you campus-specific, written requirements regarding eligibility, application, financial aid, placement, post-placement, academic advising, and other procedures appropriate to the campus at which you are enrolled.
- Placements are accepted at host campuses on a space-available basis.
- Following placement, your host NSE campus coordinator will provide written instructions for timely follow-through regarding housing, registration, enrollment, and payment.
