Housing Limitations & Comments:
Off-campus housing nearby and on the bus line is relatively affordable but almost never furnished and usually requires a 12 month lease.

General Administrative Comments:
No paper bills will be sent to students.
QuikPAY is the system for all students to view and or pay their bills online and it is the preferred method of payment.

FINANCIAL CONCERNS

Tuition can be deferred with proof of aid until mid-September/mid-January.
Housing payment can be deferred with proof of aid until mid-September/mid-January.
Meals can be deferred with proof of aid until mid-September/mid-January.

General Health Comments:
All students MUST have health insurance. The automatically billed UMass insurance is waivable with proof of students' own insurance. International students CANNOT waive the UMass insurance. There is a mandatory Health Services Fee that all students must pay.

OTHER CONCERNS

The student must maintain a GPA of 2.5 at the host campus. (4.0 scale)
