ABOUT THE
PROGRAM: 		Celebrating over 50 years of academic excellence, the Honors Program at Northern Arizona University enhances the creative problem solving abilities and communication skills of students through a rigorous program of study and an intellectually stimulating academic environment. The Honors experience is based on small, interactive classes and close collaboration between students and faculty in classes that often fall outside of, or cut across, traditional disciplinary boundaries.
Students interested in enrolling in Honors classes at NAU must meet one of the following criteria:
• have 30 or more earned semester hours with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50 in previous coursework, OR
• be in active status in their home institution’s Honors College or Program.
