About This Campus

The University was founded under the Regional Colleges Administration in August 1971. In July of 1998, the College obtained its autonomy within the UPR System. It is well known locally and internationally for its technological, comprehensive, and multi-purpose academic programs. The campus offers bachelor degree programs in biology, business, computer science, electronic engineering technology, procurement and operations management, early childhood and elementary education, secretarial administration, and adaptive physical education. Quiet and friendly, the campus provides an atmosphere conducive to learning. Our students enjoy a very personal attention from professors and staff. It is an easy walking campus. The language of instruction is Spanish, but our books are in English, except Spanish courses. Financial Aid

For Plan A U.S. students, aid is awarded by and disbursed from your host campus. Students apply for federally funded financial aid by using the FAFSA code of their host campus. Host campuses award aid to eligible incoming Plan A students on a first-come, first-served basis as long as funds are available. Ask your home campus NSE coordinator if your campus awards aid to their own outgoing students. If so, do not apply for aid from your host campus.

For eligible Plan A applicants U.S. federal financial aid may be available in the following programs:

  • Pell
  • CWS
  • SEOG
  • DL
  • Plus
Use FAFSA CODE: 010975

Home Payment (Plan B)
